Massages are done on a comfortable massage table, with the client covered at all times with a sheet and blanket. Though most techniques require the client to wear a minimum of clothing, any massage can be adapted to work over clothing; your comfort is the priority.

Shiatsu is a Japanese form of bodywork that works with the same points as acupuncture, but without using needles. It is performed on a mat or massage table, and the client remains fully clothed. It is a very calming form of bodywork that incorporates stretches, pressure points and massage. It helps ease muscle stiffness, shoulder and lower back pain, insomnia, chronic pain, migraines, emotional problems such as anxiety and depression, and a host of other problems. It combines the benefits of massage, yoga, and energy work to create a truly holistic therapy for increased relaxation and a sense of well-being.
